Master Mind Groups

Napoleon Hill, in his timeless classic Think and Grow Rich, formally introduced the concept of "the mastermind alliance" as:

"The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony"  He continues, "No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind (the master mind)."

Many groups meet regularly and sometimes are called Master Mind groups.  But it's vital to establish a definite (clear and specific) purpose to which all of the group are fully committed.  This makes all the difference.  It can be for study of a particular book or topic, pursuit of a specific common goal, or any other "definite" purpose.  Our Master Mind Groups are typically focused on Personal Growth and Leadership Development.

Facilitated Master Mind Groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support to sharpen your business and personal skills.  The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to be creative to brainstorm ideas/solutions, and support for each other with honesty, respect, and compassion.
